How we handle website and internal operations data.

1. Who we are

Guangzhou Youyan Technology Co., Ltd. develops and operates lighting product businesses for online marketplaces. Our internal systems support product operations, marketplace review, advertising performance review, and business reporting for our own accounts.

2. Information we may process

We may process contact information submitted through email inquiries, website usage information, and operational records used by our authorized internal team. For Amazon seller account operations, authorized seller data may include product catalog details, listings, SKU and item identifiers, inventory levels, order status, shipment status, fulfillment and settlement reports, account performance reports, and operational summaries. For advertising operations, authorized account data may include advertiser profiles, campaign information, ad groups, keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and performance reports.

3. How we use information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, operate our lighting product business, maintain internal reporting, review marketplace performance, manage inventory and fulfillment workflows, reconcile reports, review advertising performance, manage budgets, and improve marketplace operations for our own business accounts.

4. Authorization

When Amazon seller or advertising account access is required, authorization is handled through Login with Amazon OAuth and Amazon Selling Partner integrations. We do not collect, request, or store Amazon account passwords. Each seller account must authorize access through the applicable Amazon authorization workflow before data is processed.

5. Data separation and security

Access tokens, refresh tokens, profile IDs, seller account identifiers, and account records are stored separately by authorized account. We apply token separation by seller account, secure credential storage, encryption in transit and at rest, least privilege access, role-based access control, and audit logs for sensitive system activity.

Access is limited to authorized internal users who need the information for business operations, reporting, marketplace review, inventory review, fulfillment review, or advertising review. Users are granted only the permissions needed for their internal role.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Amazon seller data, advertising data, or personal information with external third parties for their own use. We may use service providers only when necessary to operate internal systems, maintain security, provide hosting, or comply with legal requirements, and only under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. Data retention and deletion policy

We maintain a data retention and deletion policy. Information is retained only for as long as needed for business operations, reporting, audit, security, and compliance purposes. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified according to our internal retention process unless continued retention is required for legal, tax, audit, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Deletion requests and authorization revocation

Authorized users may request deletion of account-related data by contacting us at the email below. Amazon authorization tokens may also be revoked through the applicable Amazon authorization process. After authorization is revoked or a deletion request is verified, we will stop processing the relevant account data and delete or de-identify retained data where legally and operationally permitted.
